Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag, also known as Nuestra Señora del Santísimo Rosario de Manaoag or simply Our Lady of Manaoag, is a revered Marian title of the Blessed Virgin Mary venerated in the town of Manaoag, Pangasinan, Philippines. The devotion centers on a centuries-old ivory image of Mary holding the Child Jesus and a rosary, enshrined in the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag.
